Talking to our customers we realised that they faced a dilemma of either hiring an IT Manager or increasing their support. Put quite simply our Platinum support contract delivers more value for less money. Instead of employing an IT Manager our platinum customers enjoy a weekly presence from one of our 2nd line support team. These visits are flexible and can be adjusted on a quarterly basis as required, meaning the business only pays for what it needs.
