LETN are Vendor independent but do have specific experience with both SAGE ACT! Software and Microsoft CRM 3.0.



A correctly implemented CRM solution can significantly improve the sales pipeline of any sized business. With Microsoft now offering a discounted CRM 3.0 license for Small Business Server 2003 customers, smaller businesses can afford to compete with larger competitors on a level footing.



A CRM solution is like any database, it is only as good as the data entered into it. To ensure our customers always see the maximum return on their investment we explore ways of making the solution highly available. Of particular success is our ability to enable remote salespeople or account managers to carry a copy of the database with them. This allows them to update opportunities, manage sales forecasts and add notes to existing customers records while on the move. To ensure the data is shared we can configure synchronisation so that the entire sales team is kept up to date. There is now an emerging need for people to access CRM via PDA’s and this is now possible with some applications.
