LETN Solutions Launch new “Remote Monitoring” managed service
LETN have announced another unique new service for the SMB market. Focussing on customer need for increased uptime for IT services LETN has blended a suite of inexpensive SMB products together with automated monitoring alerts for hardware failure, communications failure and hanging services on Windows Servers.
This new service complements our existing support services, closing the gap in managed solutions for SMB’s, now we know about the issue and have the time to fix it before our customers arrive at the office!
