HP Launch new C3000 “Shorty” Blade Enclosure
What is it?
A BladeSystem enclosure consolidates the moving parts of a traditional infrastructure – cables, power supplies and fans, networking, redundancy and more – making the whole infrastructure easier to manage.
The HP BladeSystem c3000 is built exclusively for small businesses with big computing and data protection needs. It is a smaller versatile design of the c7000 and is ideal for small sites like business offices or branch locations that only need four to eight servers, storage blades or integrity blades at a time.
When is the c3000 the right choice?
- If you only need 3 to 8 servers or storage components at a time
- If your server room only supports low-line outlets, 110v for example
- If your server room has limited air conditioning
