HP Launch new 10Gb Options for C Class Blade Enclosure
Today, HP takes it three big steps further by adding useful new features to the HP Insight Control Environment to aid collaboration, control rising energy bills and deliver fast service and support.
- Work together to get things done: New Collaborative Remote Management enables up to four administrators at once to work together to fix problems from any location. It’s a faster way to setup, troubleshoot and make repairs using the total knowledge of a team.
- Grow capacity and still save power: The new HP iLO Power Management Pack combines accurate measurement with smart power regulation and capping to support up to 40% more blades or servers per rack.
- Proactive service and support: All HP Insight Control suites and HP ProLiant Essentials software now include one year of 24 × 7 Software Technical Support and Update services.
And there are even more big things for BladeSystem customers!
- Virtual Machine Management now built-in: Perfect to simplify a virtual blade environment and control servers and virtual servers together.
- High-speed,10Gb Networking: A new 10Gb Ethernet switch and multi-function network adapters mean customers can put high-performance 10Gb networks to work for their business.
- Removing barriers to blades: With the new HP PCI Expansion Blade, HP server blades support PCI cards just like other HP ProLiant servers.
- A bigger, brighter display: The LCD Insight Display module on each BladeSystem is now bigger and brighter so it’s easier to use and offers a better viewing angle.
